My experiences working in various customer service and healthcare roles across the area have not only honed my professional skills but also strengthened my commitment to contributing positively to my hometown. As a crew member at McDonald’s, I effectively supervised team operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction. My role as a Packer at Amazon Warehouse involved maintaining efficiency and safety in shipping processes.

Additionally, as a Barista at Costa Coffee, I provided excellent customer service and maintained a clean, organized environment. My healthcare experience is further supported by volunteering at a nursery and completing CPD-accredited training as a Health Care Assistant, where I developed skills in patient care, basic medical procedures, and mental health awareness.
