Transforming the company's successful global cybersecurity training & awareness programmes and its cyber products working in collaboration with academic and professional staff.

As a STEM educator, I utilize Educational Technologies (EdTech), Metacognitive Assessment processes and Multimodal Instructional Designs into an accredited degree frameworks, academic attainment, degree programme specifications, course certification, teaching excellence frameworks, student-centric learning, and graduate success!

I build and enhance client's Higher Education reputation in the competitive global market of Higher Education and the integrity of their educational and engineering practices. I thrive in complex and crucial roles which are often subjected to scrutiny from local and international stakeholders as well as a growing canon of scholarship of teaching and learning.

My current responsibilities cover the identity, design, management, administration and support of Soteria CPG in-country academies, client relationships, disciplinary strengths, institutional accreditation, curriculum, and programme acceptance. Developing Programme Leaders, our Academic staff, Student-centricity, and the Strategic Journey of the company's Awareness, Training and Educational business define the consistency, coherence, and continuity of this role.

I have been active in higher educational services since 2005, delivering vocational higher education, corporate training, edtech, cyber upskilling, online skill development products and micro-session deliveries. Developing Institutes of Technology and Security as a global 365-day 24/7 operation. Gaining local and international accreditation for HEI / academy activities as an Independent Higher Education Institutes.
