My work experience includes over seven years in the Foods Industry and over twenty years as a Food Technology/Food and Nutrition Teacher at the High School and Community Training Centre level. My years of being in the classroom has afforded me enough knowledge to perform the duties of a Food and Nutrition Teacher.
