Experience as a front of house/customer services administrator/personal assistant as well as health care assistant experience with many years’ working in a variety of company environments and industries.
Key skills and experience include:
CCC/Front of house –
Manage all incoming patients; General administration, documentation and preparation; Meeting, greeting & facilitating the treatment journey of patients; Managing new & existing appointments on Maxims system; Preparing patient notes & “right-care” referrals / safe-guarding; Infection, protection & control (IPC) auditor for non-clinical areas; Dealing with telephone enquiries - internally & externally
Health Care Assistant –
Assisting anaesthetist and surgeon where necessary within theatre; Supporting privacy and dignity in the theatre; Sterilisation and preparation of instruments for each procedure and cleaning and re-sterilising instruments following each procedure; Preparation and cleaning of theatre, sluice and recovery prior to, and after, each operating list; Assisting with recovery of client and transport back to ward; Monitoring observations according to company policy; Ordering & organising stock.
O Levels - Maths; English Lang; English Lit, Art, Biology, French
