With 16 years of experience in the care industry, I began my career in 2010 as a Care Worker and have progressed into a Care Coordinator role through dedication and hands-on experience. After taking time out to raise my three children, I returned even more motivated to grow and develop within the sector. I hold a Level 2 and recently achieved my Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
