Preping and cooking nutritional hot and cold meals for 2-11 year olds. Ordering, stock rotation, following cleaning schedules, serving with portion control. Food hygiene level 2. Date checking, temp checking. Pot wash. Safeguarding and dbs certificates held. Making sure food is ready for service at specified times. I also am now a kitchen manager 2 days a week catering for approximately 110 children on my own .
