I'm the Office Manager and chief marketer at PHd Design, a small graphic design agency based just outside of Birmingham (UK). Our agency may be small, but we've been officially ranked in the top 100 of all creative agencies in the UK - which is no small feat!
I have over a decade of administrative experience across a range of industries. My background is mainly financial and marketing.
In terms of formal education, my most recent qualification is A level equivalent - but I'm a big believer in continued learning.
