I volunteered at my local charity shop in order to widen my experience and knowledge within retail. I was responsible for making sure the shop was presentable and serving customers at the till. This job improved my communication skills and boosted my confidence within a professional working environment. My favourite part of this role was the lovely customers and providing good service.

I am aware of food safety and I am cautious when it comes to making sure everything is clean and organised.
I was responsible for making sure my work space was clean by the end of my shift and ready for the next day. My favourite part about this job was providing good customer service and desserts that customers enjoyed.
