I am an international law student with customer service and leisure industry experience entering my final year of my undergraduate degree at Nottingham Trent University. I am looking for a job to support myself for the foreseeable future. I have developed a variety of customer service skills with 4 years of experience working as a front of house team member, dealing with a variety of customer inquiries.

I have spent years developing my personal skills both working with the public and in a team environment, whilst learning more about the management of businesses and the importance of team development.

During my study abroad period, I worked within one of the university's dining halls, carrying out the following duties:

• Welcoming, swiping and charging students entry into the dining hall, creating a friendly atmosphere upon entrance
• Working within the line and tables area to ensure food hygiene and safety were up to high standards
• Assisting chefs within the kitchen to feed over 1,500 students each day

I worked as the supervisor for the reception team and party team at Oxygen Activeplay and Red Kangaroo respectively, carrying out the following duties:

• Checking people in for their session
• Using a computer and entering data when creating bookings
• Answering and assisting customers over the phone
• Managing a team to ensure sales targets are hit each month
• Creating rotas for team members to ensure we are fully staffed
• Working to create a positive customer journey whilst entering the building
• Liaising with up to 50 party bookings each weekend across their booking period to ensure their event runs smoothly

I worked in the family rabbit breeding business, carrying out the following duties:

• Ensuring that the animals were at peak health and fitness
• Feeding, cleaning and handling to carry out regular checks
• Available for round the clock care and offering advice on general care
• Observation to ensure the babies were developing normally
