Project: Worked as a Business Analyst for one of the councils in London with staff members of over 2500 on a digital transformation project - ERP and CRM implementation. I was responsible for assessing various options to replace the current legacy system and migrating data to the new system. The project involved updating the solution, security, improve the UX and UI and managing large data flow.
I also took ownership of documenting the requirements, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with the agile team to ensure product is delivered with product value and business needs in mind all the time.
Environment: Jira, SQL, C#, .Net, Agile, Scrum.
Key achievements:
Successfully implemented a CRM and ERP system and migrated customer data to the new system.

Key Responsibilities
- Developed business process mapping which included analysing business processes and customer journeys.
