Internal Sales In the absence of the Area Sales Manager, I have visited numerous customers, building and maintaining relationships both in person and over the phone. I created a spreadsheet to facilitate easy quotations for repeat clients, incorporating data from all previous orders. Recently, we transitioned to a new CRM system, which required extensive setup to ensure its efficiency. Additionally, I have implemented several new processes to streamline workflow through the office.

• Visited customers in the absence of Area Sales Managers and assisted with larger site visits and meetings.
• Attended sales exhibitions and followed up on major quotations with clients to secure profitable sales.
• Supervised internal sales staff and handled incoming sales leads via telephone and email.
• Managed and distributed the workload of incoming quotes and orders, processing them to ISO 9000:2015 quality standards.
• Updated sales forecasts and historical information, maintaining the customer records spreadsheet.
• Produced new product specification sheets and CAD drawings.
