I am currently working in Birmingham Airport as a Customer Care Agent. I am a hardworking, conscientious and highly motivated individual who is also a good team player. I am similarly a good communicator who enjoys meeting and interacting with new people.

I am a good problem solver who uses my initiative as well as following instructions clearly. I am a composed, polite and hard working person that is confident in working with other people who I also don't know. I am fully aware of what the job offers and the qualification needed to apply which I also know that I am able to fill in that field of work to my full potential.

I am a fast paced worker who would listen to others and assisting others. I can remain calm in different situations, I am also friendly that also likes to get to know people and be supportive, understanding costumer needs. I am energetic and motivated to work with others with a positive attitude, ready to work.
