I am a hardworking individual with a young family. I enjoy spending time with my little boy, biking, going to concerts and holidays with my family.

I am a hardworking, committed and reliable individual with the drive to and eagerness to learn, develop and get the job done to the very highest standard.

I started out as a warehouse operative at DHL in 2010. I progressed to a First Line Manager and undertook an NVQ in business and management alongside working full time amongst other courses to further my career. Upon being informed that DHL would be closing I applied for a job at Sigma as a Team Leader, this required a step down so to speak however at the time my partner was pregnant and I needed to find employment ASAP.

I gained a good experience of working between shop floor staff and middle management during my time at Sigma and it proved to be a good move as I felt like I could really apply my learning to the Team Leader role. As there was nowhere for me to progress after Sigma I began working at Panther as a Shift Manager in July 2022, this was significant step up, I threw myself into the role and have further developed my own skills and knowledge via working directly alongside the operations manager to completely turn around a negative and unproductive environment into a thriving and cost effective team which now runs with less staff and a major increase in productivity. I feel that this job is the next natural step for me to take and I hope to be considered for an interview.
