Operations Director for Dedicate Recruitment, a leading UK specialist in the appointment of education support staff. Dan works to streamline business processes and provide an enhanced quality service to both clients and candidates.
A senior marketer with over twenty-five years' marketing and communications experience, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge. This includes over thirteen years as a board director for a sector-leading international company. During his tenure Dan worked successfully to establish the brand worldwide resulting in year-on-year sales growth, industry awards and accolades.
As part of his role Dan worked in conjunction with the UK Government Department of International Trade to oversee a strategic export programme, travelling extensively to spearhead the activity (Eastern Europe, Russia, China, Brazil and USA). He also coordinated with local sales & marketing teams to plan and deliver marketing collateral, sales conferences, regular trade events and exhibitions.
Dan began his marketing career in 1996 following a university degree working with industry-leading European B2B brands, including Advanta (Dutch agriculture/amenity seed breeder) and Vaillant (German heating systems).
