Title: D365 Functional Consultant/Product Owner for Membership, Marketing, Fundraising & NfP.
I am a product owner for Customer Insights and elements of the Membership & Fundraising stream at RHS. For over three years I have been working with change leaders and suppliers to deliver D365 to multiple areas of RHS, including membership services, marketing and fundraising.
This is still a live role, any additional questions can be asked during an interview but will not be detailed in this CV at this stage.
