I have been lucky enough to work at a variety of top venues, with which has allowed me to develop my skills in people management, food hygiene management and in Financial controls I have also worked under some renowned chefs and hoteliers. I am currently working within Harrods, which provides everything.
I thrive on exceeding targets and have always been happy to be busy learning innovative ways to develop myself and my food. My strengths lie within cost control, leading by example and working within current food trends. I am highly motivated and have a strong determination to succeed.
I am currently relocating to Weymouth with my girlfriend, I am looking to work with a company that is passionate about food, customer experience, sustainability and development of future talent.
