Having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years I was lucky enough to begin my career at The 5* hotel The chewton glen, I worked there for 6 years and left as a junior sous chef.
I then moved to Melbourne Australia where I worked at the prestigious restaurant Vue de monde (3 hats) for 2 years.
When I returned back to Bournemouth I took over as head chef of the Connaught hotel 4* 2 rosette and was there for 5 years.
Took on the king's arms hotel after this as wanted a new challenge and was head chef there for 2 years.
Wanted to then get some bulk cooking under my belt so took over as head chef of Aruba for 2 years.
Currently working at sobo beach where I opened up the venue last year but ready for a new challenge.
