- Introduced AI-enabled instant damage capture and supported BS 10125 accreditation activity within an insurance-approved bodyshop environment.
- Direct vehicle lifecycle activity covering acquisition, onboarding, inspection, maintenance, repair, operational deployment, return and disposal.
- Manage a supplier network of 11 vehicle suppliers, 9 specialist workshops, 16 parts suppliers and multiple insurance-approved bodyshops.
- Lead workshop and office teams, set priorities, monitor performance, manage attendance and provide Health & Safety briefings and guidance.
- Produce fleet reporting and dashboards covering utilisation, condition, compliance, defects, cost and operational readiness.
- Oversee 24/7 roadside support, recovery activity, repair authorisation, supplier escalation and customer-impact decisions.
- Use Samsara, VisionTrack, Radius and ShieldGPS telematics alongside Excel and fleet systems to support operational decisions.
