I am currently studying for my Computer Science Masters in Manchester. In the last 5 years I have worked in a range of roles in customer service as a Barista, Bartender and Cafe Assistant. Providing excellent customer service is a passion of mine and I love making memorable experiences for customers of all ages.
I have worked in hospitality providing excellent customer service for over 5 years now, in environments such as restaurants, cafes, and bars. I am able to adapt quickly to fast paced environments whilst maintaining a friendly attitude to always prioritise the customer's experience. I am able to produce high quality coffees with latte art as well as well mixed cocktails that always make for a better customer experience.
I have an undergraduate degree in Business and Management from The University of York. Currently studying for my master's in computer science. I have completed a breadth of hospitality training on Allergy Awareness, Fire Safety and Anti-discrimination & Inclusion practices.
