An experienced performance analyst with good QA skills looking to expand into the game industry and continue to develop skills including programming and working with AI and machine learning. Having worked as a Performance Analyst for Saga, I used my BTEC First Diploma in IT Practitioner skills to solve problems to improve my problem solving skills and programming skills particularly with SQL databasing. Additionally, I created a new way of monitoring productivity for all the claims departments and created data reports via Tableau.
