Business management graduate with drive and initiative. I’m currently looking for a full time HR related job position where I can develop my skills further.
At the moment I work as a part time receptionist, and in this job position I have honed my communication and organisational skills. I have learned to manage the agenda of the two partners of the Uría Menéndez London office, I was responsible of arranging their meeting and following up with their clients secretaries, creating cvs prior the meetings, managing CRM, booking flights and hotels, booking restaurants or meeting rooms, taking care of the invoices and the maintenance of the office.
On the other side, thanks to my years in luxury retail I have honed my customer service skills, I know how to deliver an exceptional customer service in a very professional manner while achieving the company goals. I know how to work in either small or large teams and manage problems in an efficient way.
