About

A highly motivated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in kitchen design, consultative sales, and customer relationship management, complemented by a strong background in team leadership, operations management, and strategic business development. Skilled in translating customer needs into beautiful, functional designs using industry-leading CAD and rendering software—including Cyncly Winner Flex and VR systems—with a proven track record of impressive lead conversion rates, exceeding sales targets, and delivering substantial revenue and profit growth. Having worked with both independent multi-supplier kitchen brands and major national retailers, I bring broad product knowledge, design versatility, and a customer-first approach to every project.

Beyond design and sales, I have held senior management and leadership roles, successfully building and leading sales teams, designing operational processes, delivering training programmes, driving performance, and overseeing recruitment and business strategy. I combine creative design flair with commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and regulatory awareness, thriving in both hands-on client-facing roles and positions that require leadership, organisation, and strategic planning. Committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding results for customers and the business alike.
