Having worked for 30 years in various church ministry settings I have gained considerable experience in dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences . I enjoy working with people and building constructive relationships . I have experience in teaching and training, counselling, administration, management, leadership, and during the course of my working life have had experience in sales ( jewellery retail) and policing.
Having begun my working life as a police officer I began to explore a career in Christian ministry in London and completed a Theology degree and a Masters while training for ministry. I served in parishes in England and congregations in Northern Ireland . Completing a course in biblical counselling and serving in various governing roles in the church.
Laterally I have lead a Church of England Congregation in community outreach on an estate in West London co- ordinating with the local council, charities, policing and debt agencies to provide community support and outreach.
I have completed further education degrees at Manchester University (Bachelor of Theology) and a Masters degree in Applied Theology at Oxford University. Most recently I have completed a certificate qualification in Biblical counselling .
