I think my approach is tailored, grasping key criteria what has to be done for successful completion and mitigating risk(ie alternative approaches for the what if's)

to find the best approaches to deliver a solution, and to find the simpler workable solutions.

I consider myself innovative for finding solutions, and with significant business and technical knowledge to deliver in this role and be a supportive team player.

Most of my career had significant responsibility for people and to the project tasks.

As an experienced leader of change and programme delivery, with significant experience of systems and data analysis and testing in financial services, regulatory changes and compliances with data and systems migrations.

I have been working with and leading project delivery teams, responsible for QA and testing projects (analysis with verification of business and regulatory requirements and validations) entire development and release lifecycle, for new technology deployments, parallel running and cutover over from legacy systems.

Involved at all levels of business and technical engagement with all teams, and stakeholders.

My career has included relevant training and certifications for company and regulatory compliances.

Earlier in my career it had mostly technical certifications (for example, server side OS and databases), then followed management and leadership courses.

College - NCC Computer science and information with programming and industrial placements and my career in IT continued from there.
