About

Board ready finance and general management leader with 40 years' experience across financial control, business analysis and managing director roles in SME manufacturing, exporting and FMCG businesses. Led a management buyout from a FTSE 100 parent, backed by private equity, growing revenue from £3m to £12m, turning loss into sustained profit and won a Queen's Award for International Trade in 2018. Strong track record of strategic planning, financial governance, and steering organisations through major economic and structural change, including the 2008 financial crisis, Brexit and COVID-19.
