I am Davide, an award winning Creative and Design director based in London. I love bringing ideas to life and enjoy applying a hands-on approach to a broad array of creative challenges from brand development and omnichannel campaigns, to emotional narrative live action videos and lovingly crafted motion design pieces.

During my 18 years in the industry I have had the chance to collaborate with a wide range of renowned global brands including: Sony, GSK, Astra Zeneca, Nokia, and Novartis. My many years of healthcare specific experience complements my foundational experience with consumer and B2B brands.

• Art and Design lead for the agency
• As Digital Creative Team Leader I oversaw and developed an extensive number of multichannel projects, from concept development, branding, UX design to motion and digital design.
• I was responsible for pitchwork: from concepting to delivery and presentation.
• I led and managed multidisciplinary teams across concept development and execution for a diverse range of projects that include: conferences, online events, webcasts, patient support programs, as well as information-heavy ‘leave pieces’, booklets and eDetail aids
• I championed the value of digital for patient and Health Care professional experiences for our clients• I managed all aspects of the digital creative team, from hiring to mentoring and driving their professional development

• I led a multitude of projects across across the full creative spectrum, from humble emailers to large conferences, online and offline, with a with a particular focus on digital channels.
• I was the go-to person for all the video projects, from initial concept to hands on execution.
• I was responsible of fostering and growing a positive team culture, with direct line management up to 3 people

Hugo&Cat Ltd. – London

2007 – 2018 (11 years)

Art Director

• In 11 years at Hugo & Cat I worked across multiple projects: online and offline campaigns, marketing websites, augmented reality applications, videos and photoshoots
• I led the team responsible for the Sony Global Websiste, while being fully client facing, for pitching, idea development, and co-creation workshops
• I led concepting and idea creation that was then executed across multiple channels.
• I oversaw content creation for campaigns, marketing and product pages and brand guidelines for multiple international companies
• As Sony Electronics lead digital agency, I was responsible for the overall design quality for Sony Digital Content Creation
