Currently working full time with the civil service, but previously done work in tech support with Johnson controls. Love going to gym meeting new people and rap music. wanting to get back in the tech field with a support role and think this would be a good fit.
I did a lv3 support role with johnson controls for a year. This involved setting up local and wide networks, testing new ai technology and configuring lots of different systems. I’ve worked with the public so I know how to communicate and get my point across to the public. And currently working with the civil service which is a lot of data handling.
I completed my com sci degree at Ulster university
