A well-oriented third-year undergraduate student of Business and Human Resources Management at Coventry University.
I have 11 years of experience in customer service, an experience that I obtained while working in the retail sector for well-known brands in Portugal.
Becoming a Business and Human Resources Student at Coventry University was the next step in my career goals.
As an assistant store manager, I gained several skills that made me an exceptional HR professional.
During my time at Boohoo as an HR Administrator, I was able to expand my knowledge and be exposed to the day-to-day work of an HR professional. Later on, during my path as an HR professional, I was put in charge of the engagement for the entire site, it was also a privilege and a way to contribute and improve employer branding.
In the future, I would like to specialise in employment law. I wouldn't say that becoming an HR manager would be my final goal because there is so much to explore regarding HR that meets the eye.
I want to be more involved with my community doing voluntary work.
In Portugal, I used to do voluntary work at the local Food Bank and Animal shelter.
