I am a CIPD associate, and I have been working in HR sector both as a specialist & generalist and working for various industries and I have gained skills and experience in the areas of Talent management & recruitment, Organizational development, Trainings/ L&D, project management, Performance management. But now I have decided to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher. I believe I can use my skills, knowledge, and experience to make a difference in children's lives as I plan to take a new challenge by switching my career.
