I am responsible for supervising upto 8 members of staff and run the home in the absence of the Registered Children's Home Manager. I am responsible for administering medication and carrying out other healthcare procedures. My work experience includes working with adults with learning disabilities, adults with mental health issues and the Elderly. I have worked on the following Hospital wards: gynaecology, maternity children's, learning disabilities, mental health and the elderly
