Within this role I was responsible for the reception area of this busy cash and carry, my other duties included:

• Answer the phone and deal with any queries or pass these to a manager
• Book customers in using the card membership system to tally numbers in the store
• Operate the store speaker system to make announcements and call staff members to other departments
• Working on a till and dealing with cash and card payments
