I have recently returned from four months of travelling in South America after finishing a master's degree in Real Estate at Bayes Business School in London. If I was to describe myself I would say I am a healthily competitive person who likes setting and reaching goals. My main interests outside of work is sports and I currently play rugby for my local club.

Spent one month working in the Real Estate development industry

I was on rotations with the Student Housing; Investment; Land and Asset Management teams.

It was a valuable experience as it allowed me to build on my current knowledge and improve my financial modelling skills working with the analysts every week.

• Majority of roles include assisting with valuation reports.
• Other parts of the roles include liaising with landlords and tenants for surveying inspections and processing invoices for the team.

Personal Trainer, Self Employed Mar 2020 – Jan 2024

During pandemic lockdowns, I reached out to local sport teams and offered 1-1 fitness sessions.

I kept a solid schedule, driving to each client and did all my own invoicing, personal insurance, diary management etc.

• Helped me to pay for living costs at university whilst allowing flexibility to still complete my degree.

I spent one week working across different services that the company offered.

My time was split between the sales team and with the financial valuations team.

Work Experience, Aspen Insurance Jun 2017 – Jul 2017

I spent two weeks working in London in the Reinsurance branch of Aspen.

Most of my time was spent editing and creating excel worksheets as well as learning a great deal about insurance as a whole.

It was both a valuable and exciting experience that gave me a taste of working in a major global city.
