During my tenure, I've had the privilege to collaborate with esteemed clients, one of them being the UK's renowned building society. In my previous role, I was part of a dynamic team responsible for managing applications utilized by branch users during customer interactions.

My responsibilities included addressing highly escalated incidents and aged issues that needed immediate attention, ensuring seamless operations within the branch network. A significant portion of my role involved SQL development, where I was responsible for creating stored procedures, functions, and views. Additionally, I was involved in executing read operation queries to extract vital data from production databases, facilitating insightful reporting for data analysts.

I actively contributed to automation initiatives leveraging SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to streamline data loading processes from diverse sources into our production database and automate them using SQL Server agent , enhancing operational efficiency.
