Worked on staff members cars at college fixing windscreen wipers, tyres and batteries.
Assisted with routine vehicle maintenance such as checking oil levels, tyre pressures, and fluid top-ups
Supported technicians with basic servicing tasks, including replacing air filters and inspecting brakes
Helped diagnose simple mechanical issues under supervision
Learned to use workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly
Observed and followed health and safety procedures in the workshop
Maintained a clean and organised workspace, including sweeping floors and disposing of waste materials
