- Prepared weekly meetings with Hana Securities and Hana Alternative Investment on the development of Ulsan Sangcheon Logistics Complex (123,326 m2, KRW 568 billion in funding) by updating Investment Memorandum documents. Gained a systematic understanding of the practical flow and procedures of real estate development by being part of the meetings.
- Contacted various companies including Sajo Daerim, Logen Co Ltd, and Seaboard Overseas Limited (Korea Branch) and successfully secured letters of intent for leasing spaces in the Ulsan Sangcheon Logistics Complex.
Military Interpreter, Directorate of Civil-Military Operation (06/2021 – 12/2022)
Special Warfare Command, Korea
- Contacted relevant agencies and supported administrative tasks to ensure that the 8240th Army Unit, the predecessor to the Republic of Korea Special Warfare Command, and its members could be additionally engraved on the Wall of Remembrance erected in Washington D.C.
- Participated twice in Korea-U.S. joint military drills, providing interpretation support and translating documents for inclusion in the Common Operational Picture (COP), a real-time information display system for military operations, annotating both Korean and English.
