Donna Enderby

I've worked with disables children and young people for the past 15 years. I feel very passionate about Inclusive practice and will think outside the box to support, include and listen to what the child young person wants.

I love to be part of a multi disaplinary team but can also work independently. I have a very bubbly personality but feel I can adapt my approach to suit each individual child.

I have worked for the NHS for around 8 years where I was an O.T assistant I then went on to be a young person's independent living support worker where I worked with disabled children between the age of 13 to 25. I then went on to be a childminder for disabled children and offered short breaks. I also work in a mainstream school working within EYFS supporting SEN children and working with class teacher to fill in the relevant paperwork.
