I am an experienced senior leader with over twenty years’ involvement in Project, Programme and Change Management, responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of disciplines across a diverse range of stakeholders and users.

I am currently responsible for the delivery of transformational programmes for the University of Glasgow. This includes learning and teaching, technology, behavioural and operational changes (including policy and practice). I am also responsible for benefit analysis, communication and project coordination.

Through my work leading the University project to place all exams on line during Covid lockdown, I received a personal commendation and letter of thanks from the Principle of the University. I have continued to deliver student focused, staff enabling change since then and take great pride in making a difference to the future of the University.
