Throughout my teaching and coaching career so far, I have applied my professional knowledge and expertise, to help various individuals, groups and teams through applying successful Team Building, tailoring sessions to provide work-related performance challenges, and applauding individual successes. I consider myself an adaptable and creative individual committed to inspiring and motivating individuals, professionals and couples, through successful coaching strategies. I am very skilled at developing trusted rapport with teams and individuals to understand their strengths, weaknesses and motivations.

I am very good at helping my Coachees set SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-limited Goals) and at the end of any of my coaching sessions, I help my client set out an Action Plan of about 2 or 3 activities which will enable them get closer to their ultimate goal.
