I am an Internal Medicine Trainee with a strong and sustained commitment to medical education, simulation-based teaching, and quality improvement, alongside broad clinical experience in acute and general medicine. I am seeking a Clinical Teaching Fellow post to consolidate these interests in a structured, dedicated education role. I have built and led teaching programmes from the ground up, including establishing a trust-wide MRCP PACES Teaching Programme — identifying a service gap, recruiting faculty across multiple specialties, and delivering it to a consistently positive response.
I have also co-designed a national online teaching initiative reaching over 1,700 healthcare practitioners, organised a regional teaching conference for junior doctors and medical students, and acted as simulation faculty for FY1 induction. I bring a proven ability to identify educational gaps and independently design sustainable solutions to fill them, along with genuine enthusiasm for developing junior colleagues and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working within a Medical Education department.
