With over 17 years of experience in the both private sector and local authority health and social care sector, I am seeking a new opportunities in care home management where I can apply my experience in leadership, staff training and development, HR, recruitment, and operational management. Having developed a strong background in supporting high-quality care services, I am eager to return to a care managment role where I can make a direct impact on improving care delivery and overall resident well-being.
