I have a passion for and a proven track record of successfully delivering, time and time again Business Change, Software implementation and Digital Transformation outcomes with significant value for clients.
I have managed and led teams of up to 20 FTE across on shore, near shore and offshore locations across multiple time zones. Teams comprising of Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Lead Developers and Developers of all levels.
The projects / programs I have managed have had budgets of up to and in excess of £2m p/a with reporting, engaging and negotiating with all stakeholder levels up to and including C-Suite.
Over the last 10 years I have driven Continuous improvement within Lloyds Bank and moved an entire 100+ FTE operation across multiple locations through a LEAN Operating Model of both Bronze and Silver standard. I have also, through coaching, supporting and training embedded and driven and Continuous Improvement mindset within the Client Services team helping several colleagues achieve their own LEAN Basics or LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt accreditations.
More recently, over the past 7 years, I have implemented intelligent automation SaaS solutions via UiPath, Blue Prism and Power Platform for Lloyds Banking Group, TFL, DWP, Irish Water, IAG Cargo and British Airways to name a few. These solutions have ranged from simple 1 off process automations to large scale digital transformation programs including moving from an 'on-prem' infrastructure with manually processed outcomes over to a 'cloud hosted' estate with digitally automated outcomes.
I am highly experienced in LEAN Operations, DMAIC Improvement methodology, Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies and taking software implementations through the full Software Development Life Cycle from 'cradle to grave'.
