Recent graduate from the University of Leeds with a Class 1 MPhys, BSc degree in Theoretical Physics. My thesis had a focus on quantum error correction and simulating novel quantum models. I have successfully contributed to teams in both client facing and technical positions, most recently working in the pricing team at ASDA House.
Seeking roles with a focus on software, data analysis and technology. Logical thinker with experience in data processing and Python programming, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Theoretical Physics (MPhys, BSc) - Class 1
Thesis focused on topological quantum error correcting models. A novel non-Abelian system was developed and simulated in Python, producing an estimation of a threshold error rate. Undertook quasi-harmonic analysis of protein dynamics in my third year, where analysing multiple large data sets in Python was required to produce data visualisations.
Presented regularly across four years to technical and non-technical audiences. Final year involved weekly presentations to the research group and defence of my work. Taught and mentored three third year BSc students whilst completing my Master’s.
This included explaining complex quantum systems and Python code, ensuring sufficient understanding and organising weekly meetings across four busy schedules.
