I would ultimately describe myself as an easy-going and fun to be around. I would like to think I have a lot of positive characteristics including my hard work and relentless drive to overcome challenges. When placed in a challenging situation, I believe it is always best to assess and evaluate a scenario in order to come back with the best and optimal solution, I think that this is a useful transferable skill when working in accounting, because when decisions are being made, they are done on behalf of the company you are representing and could put their reputation on the line or jeopardise their financial situation, meaning employees must come up with calculated ideas that haven’t been rashly thought out and made without logical reasoning behind it.
In my personal life I have a range of hobbies which include playing football, attending the gym and reading. Playing football is something that I have loved doing since I was a young child. I play six-a-side football every week which allows me to spend time with my friends and maintains my cardiovascular fitness. I love going to the gym because it adds structure and routine to my day which makes me more organised and obviously, like football, benefits my health and fitness. I also enjoy studying to a Speak Spanish, which is something I have been practising since the beginning of the new year.
