Bright, motivated young professional with strong A-Level results (A in Economics) and hands-on experience in investing and trading. Having enjoyed real world workplace success, in a demanding property business, I recently spent time travelling through Asia. Now, I am seeking a role where I can apply my self-taught analytical skills and capital market knowledge.
Between August 2023 and June 2025 I was a Lettings negotiator, in this industry I supported clients through the full lettings process, from property viewings to tenancy agreements. Consistently met and exceeded monthly sales and lettings targets through strong client relationships, market knowledge, and negotiation skills. Later transitioned into a more proactive role focused on lead generation — including door knocking, cold calling, and building new landlord relationships — to expand the company’s portfolio and drive new business.
