Responsible for creating a high-end range of bakes. This include the authentic sourdough loaf and a range of flavoured sourdough bread. The range also includes - high-end heritage quiches, pies and pasties with some local and international flavours. I also produce some luxurious puff pastry (yeasted and non yeasted) including some high-end desserts.
