I am a student Dietitian and Molecular Biology graduate interested in combining science with behavioural techniques to, once graduated, educate and empower service users. During my nutrition studies, it became very apparent to me the importance of a holistic and sustainable approach to health by being aware of our oneness with home: our body, mind, community and earth. In my personal life, I am interested in somatic movement, nutrition, dance and the arts, and I would love to help service users build their repertoire of creativity and inspiration about their health.
