• Developed researching capability by aiding in the creation of a comparative document of the varying employment laws across Informa’s international offices including the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the USA. This also involved communicating with the relevant employment lawyers from each of these offices, allowing me to familiarise myself with the task of booking meetings with multiple people across different time-zones. 
• Valuable office experience such as proofreading and printing documents; aiding with deliveries; and structuring days via Teams and Outlook.

SALES ADVISOR

• Developed excellent communication skills via attempting to close sales with an extensive variety of clientele.
• Built up rapport with many returning customers who would frequently ask for me upon arrival.
• Helped devise a systematic scheme to bring back customers post-pandemic by actively calling local customers, creating an Excel spreadsheet and a method to streamline this process.
• Learnt crucial administrative skills including: printing; phoning; taking and sending deliveries; and proofreading.
• Excelled working within the team, most of whom I am still close friends with today.

TRANSCRIBER

• Improved my typing skills with a speed of over 100WPM.
• Transcribed a large variety of audio recordings, often including those with poor audio quality.
• Aided further in my comfortability with Microsoft Office.
• Had strict deadlines to meet, requiring me to organise my time well as a contractor.
