Experienced Apprenticeship Coach with over 15 years' experience in education and the early years sector and more than five years supporting apprentices to achieve their qualifications. I specialise in learner-centred coaching, inclusive practice and removing barriers to learning so that every learner can reach their full potential. Drawing on both professional and lived experience, I am passionate about promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.

I believe every learner, regardless of disability, learning need, neurodiversity or personal circumstances, deserves equal opportunities to succeed through personalised support, reasonable adjustments and high-quality coaching.
