Altogether I have over 8 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, where keeping calm under pressure was a necessity. Good customer feedback makes my day, through my customer service I ensured the customers have had a positive experience as well as increased sales and met targets working at Argos and Cineworld. More so I have been complimented and thanked for my service both by customers and management.
During my time at Cineworld I have demonstrated excellent communication skills with the cinema management team by phone and email and with the customers face to face. Furthermore, I have experience in handling customer complaints and solving problematic situations, always striving to turn negative experiences into positive. When I am working, I prefer to keep busy, taking on extra tasks during the quiet periods on shift and helping my colleagues as much as I can.
I have a passion for arts and crafts - I always have a craft project on the go and I like to incorporate this into my work, be it painting menu boards or arranging the shop display I always find ways to weave my creative side into the work that I do. I am proficient in Microsoft Office programs, POS systems, I am able to use email, PC and smartphone with ease. I have proven myself to be reliable, an adaptable team player and a good decision maker, willing to take on new challenges and training to broaden my expertise.
