I am currently a Teacher Assistant in the Sunday School at Manchester Alliance Church since May 2021. I have a lesson on Sunday twice a month. It is a voluntary work and I have a DBS check.
I was the company secretary and was responsible for preparing and filing various statutory records.
I updated, maintained and kept various registers/databases by using excel spreadsheet. This includes corporate aspects like share certificates, contracts, and important documents for companies in various jurisdictions; on administrative aspect like door keys and company assets register, on human resources aspects like personal files and leaves records.
I lead an administrative assistant and we support/cover each other and ensure the office operates smoothly.
I got Grade A in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (which is equivalent to Grade 9 of GCSE), and I got a Pass with Distinction of Accounting (Third Level) of London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examinations Board. I am able to prepare the full set of accounts, monthly bank reconciliation, journal entry, account receivable and accounts payable, monthly report, balance sheet by using peachtree accounting software.
I am a highly organised and detail-oriented person. I am capable to prioritise and complete multiple tasks while following through to achieve project goals. I possess an analytical mindset to improve organisational effectiveness.
I am a good team player, reliable, independent and have good sense of responsibility.
